This GSM-based technology is provided in Germany by T-Mobile and Vodafone and will be
expanded to equal GPRS coverage. The provider plans to reach uplink speed of 110 kbit/s - comparable

VPN tunnel / NAT
As many mobile network providers use Network Address Translation (NAT)
and don't provide public IPs when dialling up GSM/3G networks, it is recommended to use own, router-established VPN tunnel to company's central office. This solution is provider-independent and without auxiliary costs.

Forced picture compression (if VPN is not available)
To minimize the data traffic when surfing, some mobile network providers employ an automatic picture compression, which cannot be completely disabled. In such cases, the data flow generated by DiREX-Pro, witch is not encrypted via VPN, cannot be displayed.
